Advantages of Using a Boutique Real Estate Team

With so many real estate companies out there, it can be challenging to figure out which one is the right fit for you. Boutique real estate companies are becoming increasingly popular because of the special attention they give their clients. Boutique firms offer superior customer service, in-house marketing services, dedicated team members, and a quality-over-quantity mentality. Today, real estate consumers can educate themselves on the property, pricing, and general information before even interacting with an agent. This means that you must have a strong online presence with high-quality photos, videos, and blogs to capture the consumer’s attention. Larger companies typically use a one-size-fits-all advertising model, while a boutique firm can create a marketing plan specifically for your home. Explore the Intracoastal Waterway

Visitors to North Carolina will most likely pass the Intracoastal Waterway during their trip to the Outer Banks. Traveling from the north, you will cross over the waterway on a bridge on U.S. 158 in Currituck County, and it continues to run parallel to the mainland to the Wright Memorial Bridge. The waterway begins in northern Currituck County and then divides into two routes going south. The Intracoastal Waterway was first developed as a safe route for shipping companies to transport goods, but these days, thousands of visitors travel through the Outer and Inner Banks by boat. If you are interested in exploring the waterway, there are several marinas and restaurants along the 120-mile section of the Outer and Inner Banks Intracoastal Waterway.
